First


You must type the IP form you local ISP(Internet Service Provider) support.
Check this below image for Internt Setting for your router.
Second
You must defined your LAN Default Gateway in LAN IP Setup in your router
Disable the DHCP from your router, otherwise the DHCP is running form the router your Static LAN didn't working properly.
